Convoluted Foam

Convoluted polyfoam, also known as egg-crate foam, is a popular choice for topper material. The term refers to polyurethane foam shaped with ridges to create a contoured (or convoluted) surface. Convoluted Foam is ideal for cushioning a variety of large, small and odd-shaped objects in a single package. Ridges hug the items, preventing movement. It is unusually light in weight, and is flexible enough to wrap around in object if desired. It tends to be more responsive and distributes weight better than a thick layer of foam, and also it has cooling advantages because of the airflow that it provide.

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) Foam

EVA Foam ( known as Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Foam ) is a closed-cell foam with good cushioning properties. They have lots of excellent performances including good water & moisture resistance, excellent cushioning & shock absorption, strong heat insulation, and long term durability, etc.. They are quite frequently used by various industries so that we can find out it in many places and products, such as shoe insole, soft foam mats, foam packaging, yoga block, swimming kickboard, floor underlay, custom EVA foam components, and so on.

Conductive Foam

Conductive foam is similar to standard packaging foams but with one crucial difference – the addition of carbon to the polymer mix during the manufacturing process to provide a high level of conductivity. This allows any electric current to pass through the cell structure of the foam and away from the component. Generally, the foam will have permanent conductive performance. The maximum application temperature is between -30 and 80 degrees Celsius. it is eco-friendly, safe and ideal packing foam material.

Wooden Crate

Wooden crate is a container made of wood for storage or as a shipping container. Construction may include several types of wood; lumber, plywood, engineered woods, etc. For some purposes, decorative woods are used. The lightweight, space -saving design dramatically reduces freight costs when compared to traditional wooden boxes and alternative timber packaging. Meets international phytosanitary regulations for export compliant wood packaging. These strong, folding plywood boxes are designed to withstand arduous transportation and climatic differences, making them an ideal export case or air-freight container.
